July Shorts 2025

The July Shorts will be held for two weeks: July 7-11 and July 14-18. Each Short course runs for 2-5 days during one of the two weeks. You may be assigned up to three courses in the lottery. Your course selections do not have to be all within the same week.

All selections are pending until after Lottery Day, which is Monday, June 23. Class assignment letters will be emailed June 24. If you request a refund by the close of business, Friday, July 4, your payment will be refunded minus a $10 administrative fee. Requests for refunds must be made in writing (email is fine) and must be submitted to the OLLI office by close of business, Friday, July 4.

After the lottery, once you receive your class assignment letter, you can add additional courses—as many open courses as fit in your schedule! To take more courses, you can even stack several within the same time slot. For example, if you have a course scheduled for July 7-9 (Mon-Wed) at 11:45 AM, you can add another that meets July 10-11 (Thu-Fri), also at 11:45 AM, instead of having to choose between the two.

Choose your course selections BEFORE Lottery Day, Monday, June 23.
