This course reviews the principle approaches developed since the field was introduced by Martin Seligman in 1998 - the components, character strengths handbook, areas in which Positive Psychology has been found effective, its relationship to the concepts of great thinkers ,and practical ways that we can apply it to attain authentic happiness, resilience, & fulfillment.
