The Civic Life at American University is offering two special Community Seminars for OLLI members. The Civic Life is President Jonathan Alger’s initiative to encourage civic engagement and civil discourse and the Community Seminar program gives all members of the AU community the opportunity to practice the skills of productive disagreement. Each seminar is devoted to a question about which members of our community disagree and is hosted by a Sine Civic Life Faculty Fellow and a team of student Civic Life Fellows. The seminars will be hosted by Professor Ezra Rosser of the Washington College of Law.
